When signed into the website go to the 'Profile' section - you will see this in the menu at the top of all pages in the website.
In the 'Personal details' section of the Profile page select the 'Change your password' link. This will take you to a new page where you should enter your current password and choose and confirm a new password. Please choose a secure password following the advice on screen. When you have done this you will be signed out of the website, but you can sign in again immediately using your new password.
If you ever forget your password there is a 'Forgotten your password?' link on the sign in page.
Never share your password with anyone else and do not use the same password on any other website or web-based service.
If you wish to change the email address associated with your email account please contact us at e.learning@puddleducks.com.
Please check that you have the volume turned up on your device to a level where you can hear audio.
If you still cannot hear audio on videos then check if you can hear audio from other sources outside this website, e.g. a video on the BBC website. If you cannot hear audio on other video sources then it may indicate a problem with audio on your device.
If you can hear audio on other video sources, but not from videos on this website, please contact us.

Some courses in this website may offer you a personalised certificate for successful completion.
You will be offered a PDF a copy to download at the end of the course on the summary page (after the last page of content). You will also be emailed a copy when you complete a course.
You can also download copies of your achieved certificates at any time by selecting 'Profile' from the menu at the top of the page. You will see any certificates achieved in the 'Learning Summary' section. Select a certificate to download a copy.
