Terms and conditions
Usage of the Puddle Ducks E-learning System is restricted to:
- Puddle Ducks Franchising Ltd (the Franchisor)
- Our Franchisees
- Other Users Approved by the Franchisor (including Puddle Ducks Administrators, Puddle Ducks teachers and Puddle Ducks Poolside Assistants)
Under no circumstances may any other party be allowed access to and use of this Manual, unless duly authorised by Puddle Ducks Franchising Ltd. Under the laws of Copyright, the contents of the Manual must not be copied, verbally transmitted, recorded or disclosed by any means to any other party not directly concerned with Puddle Ducks Franchising Ltd. Under certain circumstances, permission may be granted for the release of such information, but only at the discretion and approval of Puddle Ducks Franchising Ltd.
Through your Franchise Agreement/Employment Contract/Members Agreement, you have given consent for us to obtain and process your personal data for the purpose of setting up your account on this website. On the Profile page in the website, users can see their title, first name, last name and email address. Please contact Puddle Ducks (franchise.support@puddleducks.com) to report any inaccuracies to this data or to request the deletion of your account and the associated data.
You should take all necessary steps to ensure that the password is kept confidential and secure and should inform us immediately if you have any reason to believe that your password has become known to anyone else, or if the password is being, or is likely to be, used in an unauthorised manner. You should also inform us immediately if you suspect a personal or general data breach by emailing franchise.support@puddleducks.com.
Failure to observe and implement these important requirements and stipulations will be seen as a severe breach of the Franchise Agreement/Employment Contract/Members Agreement.
